Outerwall Strategy Chief Pinchney To Leave Company According to 8-K

On February 10, 2015, Outerwall Inc. (the "Company") announced that Chief Strategy, Sales, and Services Officer, James Pinckney, will be leaving the Company effective March 6, 2015. The Company intends to enter into a separation and release of claims arrangement with Mr. Pinckney. This arrangement has not been finally determined, but will be included in a subsequent filing when the arrangement is finalized if and as may be required.
