American Apparel Delays Payments to Vendors -NY Post
American Apparel, Inc. (NYSE: APP) is paying some fabric suppliers and other vendors in 60 days versus the usual 30 days, according to the New York Post. One source says the situation has not yet reached a crisis, but factoring firms, who deal with the company's suppliers, are cutting back on the amount they are willing to finance.
American Apparel shares closed Tuesday, at $1.07, a loss of $0.01.
