American Apparel, Inc. APP is paying some fabric suppliers and other vendors in 60 days versus the usual 30 days, according to the New York Post. Once sources says the situation has not yet reached a crisis, but factoring firms, who deal with the company's suppliers, are cutting back on the amount they are willing to finance.
American Apparel shares closed Tuesday, at $1.07, a loss of $0.01.
