Apple, Aerohive Join Forces In ConnectED

Aerohive Networks Inc HIVE announced it will provide the Wi-Fi infrastructure to support Apple Inc. AAPL in its ongoing ConnectED initiative. The initiative provides teachers a unique toolbox to better educate their students.

Aerohive so far is the sole Wi-Fi infrastructure company working with Apple on this initiative.

Aerohive will provide the Wi-Fi infrastructure as their contribution in supporting Apple devices and providing reliable access to content and curriculum.

Shares of Aerohive, which were halted due to circuit breakers, are trading higher by 26 percent at $6.18.
