Priceline Group Inc Down On Evercore Downgrade, TripAdvisor Inc Higher On Upgrade

In a note out Friday morning, Evercore lowered its price target on Priceline Group Inc (NASDAQ: PCLN) from $1,450 to $1,350 and also went from Overweight to Equal-weight, based on concerns about competition from Google Inc.

In the same note, Evercore upped its price target on TripAdvisor Inc (NASDAQ: TRIP) from $85 to $110, and raised it from Underweight to Equal-weight, citing improved efficiency.

Shares of Priceline Group Inc were lower by 2.5 percent. Tripadvisor Inc was about even for the day.
