IXYS Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

IXYS Corporation

announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of three and one-half cents ($0.035) per share. The quarterly dividend will be paid on September 26, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 12, 2014.
