G&K Services Quarterly Dividend From $0.27 To $0.31, 15% Increase

G&K Services, Inc.

announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share, an increase of 15 percent from its previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.27 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2014. This marks G&K's ninth consecutive year with a dividend increase, during which time its quarterly dividend has increased more than seventeen-fold, from $0.0175 per share to $0.31 per share.
