Horizon Pharma (NASDAQ: HZNP) fell 32.37% to $9.40 in pre-market trading after the company reported that CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) and Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) expect to announce DUEXIS and VIMOVO will no longer be on formularies and will be placed on exclusion lists effective january 1, 2015.

AcelRx Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: ACRX) shares declined 28.72% to $7.72 in pre-market trading after the company received Complete Response Letter from the FDA for New Drug Application for Zalviso.

Hanwha SolarOne Co (NASDAQ: HSOL) dipped 4.48% to $2.13 in pre-market trading after falling 0.45% on Friday. (NASDAQ: SOHU) dropped 4.21% to $55.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted a loss in the second quarter. The company posted a quarterly loss of $45 million, or $1.16 per share, versus a loss of $69 million in the earlier quarter. Non-GAAP net loss came in at US$0.88 loss per share.
