GoPro Files For Initial Public Offering

Outdoor enthusiasts and investors alike welcomed the news that GoPro is filing for an IPO. GoPro manufacturers a brand of high-definition personal cameras that outdoor enthusiasts often use to mount on their bodies to “capture and share your world.”

According to GoPro's press release, “The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes the review process initiated by GoPro's confidential submission on Friday February 7, 2014 of its draft registration statement.”
