Moylan has advised the Company that he will be resigning from his position as Chief Financial Officer effective February 15, 2014, in order to pursue an investment banking opportunity in Toronto. Daniel G. Zang, CPA, the Company's Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company upon Mr. Moylan's departure.
