NCR Corporation NCR announced Monday an agreement to acquire Digital Insight Corporation for $1.65 billion. Thoma Bravo is the majority shareholder in Digital Insight Corporation. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2014. NCR closed Monday at $34.19, a loss of 2%. Akamai to Acquire Prolexic for $370M in Cash The Deal:
Akamai Technologies AKAM and Prolexic Technologies announced Monday they have agreed that Akamai will acquire cloud-based security company Prolexic, for approximately $370 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in H1 2014. Akamai Technologies closed Monday at $44.11, a loss of more than 1%. Yahoo Acquires SkyPhrase The Deal:
Natural language processing company SkyPhrase GIVN reported on its web site Monday that it had been acquired by Yahoo. Terms were not disclosed. Yahoo closed Monday at $37.01, a gain of $0.03.
