Mitch Barns Named Nielsen's Next CFO

Nielsen Holdings N.V. NLSN today announced that effective January 1, 2014, Dwight M. (“Mitch”) Barns will succeed David L. Calhoun as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Board of Directors.
