Qualcomm to Work with Facebook to Enhance Performance of Facebook Home, Facebook for Android

today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., has been working with Facebook

to optimize Facebook Home and Facebook for Android across all Qualcomm Snapdragon™ processors. These Facebook Home optimizations are designed to enable better overall performance, lower power consumption and improved data efficiency for consumers using Facebook Home and Facebook for Android.                              "Qualcomm Technologies is very pleased with our technology collaboration with Facebook," said Cristiano Amon, executive vice president of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and co-president of Qualcomm Mobile and Computing.
