IBM Declares $0.85/Share Qtr. Dividend

The IBM

board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.85 per common share, payable March 9, 2013 to stockholders of record February 8, 2013. IBM has paid consecutive quarterly dividends every year since 1916. IBM also announced that its next annual meeting of stockholders will be held April 30, 2013 at the Von Braun Center, Huntsville, Alabama.
