Wunderlich Securities, Inc. to advise them on potential directions for PCTEL
Secure LLC and its security solution called ProsettaCore™. Wunderlich will
assist PCTEL in raising equity, establishing distribution partners, or finding
other ways to optimize the value of the PCTEL Secure assets.
