Gibraltar Industries Announces Proposed Private Offering of $210 Million in Senior Subordinated Notes

Gibraltar Industries, Inc.

, a leading manufacturer and distributor of products for building and industrial markets, today announced that it intends to commence an offering of $210 million in aggregate principal amount of senior subordinated notes due 2021, subject to market and other conditions (the “Notes”). The Notes will be guaranteed on an unsecured senior basis by certain of Gibraltar's existing and future subsidiaries.
