A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts

US stock futures are lower this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 33 points to 13,103.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 4.90 points to 1,421.00. Nasdaq 100 futures tumbled 11.50 points to 2,649.00.

European markets were mostly lower today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index fell 0.15%, London's FTSE 100 Index gained 0.17% and French CAC 40 Index declined 0.29%. Asian markets ended higher, with China's Shanghai Composite gaining 0.27% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 rising 0.22%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index climbed 0.16% and India's Sensex rose 0.07%.

Analysts at Susquehanna downgraded Pinnacle Entertainment

from “positive” to “neutral.” The target price for Pinnacle Entertainment has been raised to $16. Pinnacle Entertainment shares gained 0.06% to $16.21 in pre-market trading.
