Kratos Awarded $1.3M in Navy Training Development Contracts

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. KTOS announced that it has been selected by the U.S. Navy to provide training analysis and development support to the Naval Education & Training Command (NETC's) Surface Warfare Officers School (SWOS) and Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Master at Arms "A" (MAA) School, contracts valued together at approximately $1.3 million. Under the terms of the CENSECFOR agreement, Kratos will conduct a comprehensive analysis and develop a training solution designed to significantly improve the overall quality of existing instruction at the MAA School. Building on the Navy's existing learning objectives, Kratos will design and develop an enhanced Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) training solution that ensures delivery of MAA content via a learner-centric, performance-based approach. Lesson focus areas will include topics in general security, weapons and anti-terrorism. Additionally, under the terms of the SWOS agreement, Kratos will provide government site staff augmentation in the areas of Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Business Case Analysis (BCA) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
