Invesco Announces Pricing of $600 Million Senior Notes Offering Due 2022

today announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2022, at a public offering price of 99.921% of the principal amount. The notes will pay interest semi-annually in arrears. The net proceeds from this offering will be used to repay all or a portion of the amounts currently drawn on our credit facility and purchase, redeem or otherwise retire all of our existing 5.375% Senior Notes due 2013 and our existing 5.375% Senior Notes due 2014. Any remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on November 8, 2012 and is conditioned on the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as joint bookrunning managers of the Senior Notes offering.
