Sinclair Announces Special $1.00/Share Cash Dividend, $0.15/Share Quarterly Cash Dividend

Sinclair Broadcast Group SBGI announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock.  The dividends are payable on December 14, 2012, to the holders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012.
