Teradata , Clintworld in Partnership

Clintworld has announced its entry into North America by way of a partnership with Teradata TDC, the analytic data solutions company.  Since 2005, Clintworld's European customers have recouped an estimated five percent of their total revenue by optimizing their service plans and reducing churn through the use of their predictive analytics engine and web applications suite. "Optimizing pricing is becoming more important with increased competition," says Scott Sobers, worldwide director of communications strategy, Teradata.  "Now with access to information, subscribers have near perfect economic information. Integrating pricing information with other data sources enables communications providers to make better decisions and improve service levels." Yet, the maturation of converged services across multiple screens, and the advent of 4G and the ability to charge a premium for quality of service, is making the creation of service plans that meet the customers' needs more complex.
