has acquired avVenta Worldwide, a provider of digital production services to leading brands and agencies across multiple industries. The acquisition, which closed today, strengthens the broad range of marketing services Accenture provides to chief marketing officers (CMOs) – from the development of marketing strategy to the management of marketing systems and campaigns. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
