Acacia Subsidiary Reaches Settlement and License Agreement with Bank of New York

Acacia Research ACTG announced today that its Unified Messaging Solutions LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Bank of New York Mellon BK, and BNY Mellon, National Association. The settlement and license agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. See full press release
