Carlisle Companies Increases Div 11.1% to $0.20 from $0.18/Share

The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated

has declared an 11.1% increase in the Company's regular quarterly dividend, to $0.20 per share from $0.18 per share. The dividend is payable on September 1, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2012. This marks the 36th consecutive year of dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
