On June 20, 2012, the Board of Directors of magicJack VocalTec Ltd.

authorized a new $25 million share buyback program to start upon completion of the current $20 million buyback plan. The Company continues to be successful in buying back its shares. The outstanding share count as of June 20, 2012 was 19,538,574.
