Apple's
AAPL famed co-founder was famous for his practical jokes. But when he was a minor, Steve Jobs did something that the police thought was no laughing matter.
First, he sped. Then he got a ticket. Then he took it one step further than most of us and neglected to pay it.
As a result of this infraction,
Wired (via
AppleInsider) reports that Jobs was arrested briefly in 1975.
"The topic came up after investigators learned that the tech titan had failed to disclose the incident in his security clearance questionnaire," Wired wrote about Jobs' Pentagon file. "When asked about it, Jobs wrote in a statement that he did not mention the arrest in the Personnel Security Questionnaire, or PSQ, because he didn't consider it an 'actual arrest.'"
