Roundy's, Inc. Reiterates Its Intention to Initiate Dividend of Approximately $0.23

Roundy's, Inc.

today reiterated its intention to initiate a quarterly dividend. Subject to declaration by its board of directors, the Company expects to initiate a quarterly dividend of approximately $0.23 per share on all outstanding shares of common stock during its second fiscal quarter and sometime after the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2012. The Quarterly Report is expected to be filed on or before May 15, 2012.
