Whirlpool Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend; Holds Annual Stockholders' Meeting

declared today a quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2012.
