Plug Power Prices $15.0M Public Offering of Common Stock at $1.15

today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its common stock. The shares will be sold at a price to the public of $1.15 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million. Roth Capital Partners is acting as the sole manager for the offering.
