Federal Appeals Court Releases Decision in GE Patent Dispute with Mitsubishi

Today the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit released its decision regarding GE's

patent dispute against Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. for certain wind turbine technologies that GE alleged MHI infringed. The Court reversed the International Trade Commission's ruling with regard to the ‘985 patent, and affirmed with regard to the ‘221 patent. GE spokesman Chet Lasell released the following statement:
