Euro-Zone Construction Output Declines In Fourth Quarter

Euro-zone construction output rose in December. According to the European Union's statistics agency, overall construction output in the euro-zone climbed 0.3% in December. Construction output in the fourth quarter declined 1.8% versus the previous quarter.
