Lear Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend by 12% to $0.14

Lear Corporation

today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock to $0.14 per share from $0.125 per share, an increase of 12%. The dividend is payable on March 21, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2012.
