Conmed Healthcare Management Acquires Panhandle Correctional Care; Terms Not Disclosed

Conmed Healthcare Management, Inc.

today announced it has purchased the assets of Panhandle Correctional Care, Inc., a Texas Corporation, including its three medical staffing contracts in the Texas panhandle. The contracts include most notably the Randall County Jail, a 450-bed facility in Amarillo Texas.
