Sunoco Logistics Partners Increases Annual Distribution to $1.68

Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P.

today announced Sunoco Partners LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2011 of $0.42 per common unit ($1.68 annualized) to be paid on February 14, 2012 to unit holders of record on February 8, 2012. This represents the twenty-seventh consecutive quarterly distribution increase and resulted in a 2.0 times coverage ratio for the quarterly cash distribution.
