NASDAQ Suspends CDC Software Corporation

The NASDAQ Stock Market^

today announced that CDC Software Corporation, which has been subject to a trading halt since October 5, 2011, will be suspended from the NASDAQ Stock Market effective December 12, 2011. As a result of the suspension, CDC Software Corporation may be eligible to resume trading on the over-the-counter market. A final determination on the Company's listing will be made after a Panel hearing and decision.
