Comtech Telecommunications Corp. Receives $5.0 Million Order for Modular Transportable Troposcatter Systems

Comtech Telecommunications Corp.

announced today that its Orlando, Florida-based subsidiary, Comtech Systems, Inc., received an order valued at approximately $5.0 million for its Modular Transportable Troposcatter System from a prime U.S. defense contractor in support of the U.S. Army's Warfighter Information Network - Tactical Program. This is the second order received for our modular transportable systems which represents a major advance in troposcatter systems.  Truly modular, the terminals are designed to be used in line-of-sight, beyond-line-of-sight and full troposcatter applications, thereby providing the warfighter with never before available communications flexibility on the battlefield.
