Atlas Capital Holdings, Inc.'s Subsidiary Has Signed a License and Commercialization Agreement for Algae Production

Atlas Capital Holdings Inc.

today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, AlgaeTek Systems, Inc. (AlgaeTek Systems), has signed a License and Commercialization agreement with Algae Farm, Inc. The agreement gives AlgaeTek Systems the right to use Algae Farm's intellectual property surrounding algae production for the entire life of its patents and trademarks. In addition, AlgaeTek will have the exclusive use of the intellectual property in six states including Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Algae Farm will also assist with the development of the production facility and with the commercialization of the algae produced.
