Dover Corporation Increases Dividend By 14.5% to $0.315

The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation

today increased its quarterly cash dividend to $0.315 (thirty-one and one half cents) per share, from the previous $0.275 (twenty-seven and one half cents) per share, an increase of 14.5%. The increased dividend will be paid on September 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2011.
