Costamare Increases Dividend by 8% to $0.27

Costamare Inc.

announced that it will recommend to the Board of Directors that the Board approve an eight percent (8%) dividend increase, beginning with the third quarter 2011 dividend, raising the quarterly dividend from $0.25 to $0.27 per common share.
