CELM today announced that it has received a notification letter dated May 24, 2011 from the Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the Company had failed to file its Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2011 with the SEC, which was due by May 16, 2011, and this matter serves as an additional basis for delisting the Company's securities from Nasdaq.
