Spectra Energy Partners Raises Quarterly Cash Distribution by 2.2% to $0.46 Per Unit

announced that the board of directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution to unitholders of $0.46 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. This represents a 2.2 percent increase over the fourth quarter 2010 distribution of $0.45 per unit, and a 9.5 percent increase over the first quarter 2010 distribution of $0.42 per unit. The cash distribution is payable on May 13, 2011, to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 3, 2011. This quarterly cash distribution equates to $1.84 per unit on an annual basis.
