The Company recorded a net loss of $6.6 million or $0.10 per share for the three months ended January 31, 2011 compared to $4.3 million or $0.07 per share for the same quarter last year, and recorded a net loss of $15.5 million or $0.24 per share for the six months ended January 31, 2011 compared to $10.5 million or $0.18 per share for the same period last year.

Although the Company initiated production during the quarter, it has not yet generated any uranium sales.
