AOL Elects Alberto Ibargüen to Its Board

today announced that Alberto Ibargüen has been elected to its Board of Directors. Mr. Ibargüen will join the board effective immediately and will serve on the Audit and Finance committee. AOL also announced today that William R. Hambrecht has resigned from the board effective February 15th in order to devote more time to other business opportunities.
