Afternoon Market Losers
Orbitz Worldwide (NYSE: OWW) down 16.02% to $7.32 at last check. OWW was up 17% for the week ending yesterday, the drop likely attributed to profit-taking.
MRC Global (NYSE: MRC) fell 13.55% to $28.70 after a regulatory filing revealed that pipe sales were expected to be “approximately $100 million” below MRC's previous estimates for Q2 2013. The company is looking for Q2 sales of $1.25-1.35B vs $1.44B estimate and FY13 sales of $5.4-5.8B vs $5.83B estimate.
Vimicro International (NASDAQ: VIMC) is currently down 12% at $1.54 after falling 25% at the market open. VIMC's Q1 report this morning missed EPS and revenue estimates.
Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL) is down 11.34% at $6.02 to counteract yesterday's upswing. TSL's Q1 report was released this morning with an EPS and revenue estimate miss.
Real Goods Solar (NASDAQ: RSOL) has fallen 13.02% to $2.94. RSOL shares down likely on the heels of the miss from Trina Solar.
Unilife (NASDAQ: UNIS) was down 10.59% to $3.46 at last check. UNIS fell gradually to a $3.60 resistance before spiking downwards to $3.37.
