On CNBC's "Options Action", Mike Khouw spoke about above average options activity in Wal-Mart Stores Inc WMT ahead of earnings.
The company is going to report earnings Thursday and the options market is implying a move of 3.5 percent in either direction. Khouw noticed bearish bets in the name as options traders were buying the November 90 puts. There was another big trade, a purchase of the November 88.50/86.50, 1 by 2 put spread.
