Cisco, Disney, Silver: Fast Money Picks For August 17

Tim Seymour said on CNBC's "Fast Money Final Trade" that a lot of bad news is already priced in Walt Disney Co DIS. He believes the stock could trade lower from its current price level and he sees $95 as a low.

Brian Kelly would buy silver. He thinks it's going higher.
