Najarian Brothers See Unusual Options Activity In Energy Transfer Equity And Teva Pharmaceutical

On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report", Jon Najarian said that options traders were buying call options in Energy Transfer Equity LP (NYSE: ETE) in the first half of the trading session on Wednesday. They bought the August 18 calls. Najarian decided to follow the trade and he is going to hold the position for at least two weeks.

Pete Najarian noticed that traders bought around 7,600 contracts of the August 30 puts in Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: TEVA) in the first half of the trading session on Wednesday. He thinks that they were buying protection for a long stock position.
