Jim Cramer Gives His Opinion On Intel, Adient And Dow Chemical

On CNBC's Mad Money, Jim Cramer said Intel Corporation INTC has upside potential. He thinks the Mobileye NV MBLY acquisition was a good deal.

Cramer is concerned about Adient PLC ADNT and he wouldn't buy the stock because he doesn't like the auto sales numbers for the month of March.

Dow Chemical Co DOW and E I Du Pont De Nemours And Co DD merger is going to happen in September or October, thinks Cramer. He would rather own Dow Chemical than Du Pont.
