Najarian Brothers See Unusual Options Activity In PulteGroup, Intel


On CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report, Jon Najarian spoke about big options volume in the January 20 calls and the April 20 calls in PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM).

He explained that the price of these options tripled over the last couple of days. Jon Najarian followed the trade and he is planning to hold the January 20 calls for two weeks, while he is going to hold the April 20 calls at least for a month. PulteGroup is doing pretty well on Thursday as it spiked 4.30 percent.

Pete Najarian noticed some aggressive buying in the February 37 calls in Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC). Over 12,000 contracts were bought in the first half of the session and traders were paying for them around $0.65. The trade breaks even at $37.65 or 4.85 percent higher. Pete Najarian decided to buy the February 37 calls and he is planning to hold them at least for a month.
