Carl Icahn Cracks Up Crowd at Delivering Alpha (IEP)

In a face to face interview at CNBC's Delivering Alpha conference, Carl Icahn, the majority shareholder of Icahn Enterprises IEP, had the crowd in stitches after some of his comments. Here are some of the more humorous highlights: After Scott Wapner asked him why he had been so actively investing recently, Icahn stated that his wife "Wouldn't let him out of the house," followed by, "What else do I have to do?" When asked what goes through a CEO's mind when the assistant hears "Carl Icahn on line 2," he responded, "Well, I think they cancel their golf game and leave the course." Icahn also commented that he liked Bill Ackman, saying: "I like Ackman. Any man who makes me a quarter of a billion dollars is a man I like."
