Why Allied Esports Is Trading Higher Today

Allied Esports Entertainment AESE shares are trading higher again after the company announced a licensing agreement with GRID for the monetization of data and video rights to the company's popular Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Legend Series events.

The multiyear deal will launch with the VIE.gg CS:GO Legend Series tournament beginning Aug. 31.  The partnership, along with the licensing and sponsorship deal with naming rights partner VIE.gg, marks the first time Allied Esports will offer the use of data and video rights for the enhancement of regulated consumer betting.

Allied Esports Entertainment Inc is an esports entertainment company. The company generates a majority of its revenue from the Gaming and Entertainment segment.

Allied Esports Entertainment was trading 19.2% higher at $2.15. The stock has a 52-week high of $6.28 and a 52-week low of $0.40.
